Description

3 1/2 cups chow mein noodles

2 1/2 cups salted cocktail peanuts

24 ounces white chocolate candy coating (Candiquik)

Candy sprinkles


Instructions

1. Mix chow mein noodles and peanuts in a large bowl.

2. Melt white chocolate over low heat until smooth; pour over noodles and peanuts and stir well.

3. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper; top with candy sprinkles.

4. Cool completely and store at room temperature.
