  • Author: William Cantor
  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

A creamy one-pan Boursin Chicken made in just 30 minutes with garlic herb cheese and tender seared chicken.

Ingredients

Scale

2 large chicken breasts

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 medium onion chopped

3/4 cup chicken broth (low sodium)

1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Fine Herbs & Garlic cheese softened

12 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise to create 4 thin pieces. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. Add onions to the same pan; sauté 5 minutes until soft and lightly browned.

4. Pour in chicken broth and add Boursin cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy; simmer for 5 minutes.

5. Return chicken to skillet and warm for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken. Adjust seasoning as needed and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or baby spinach.

If sauce is too thick, add a splash of chicken broth.
